Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and trial terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Stripe Customer Portal or as described at purchase. Taxes may apply.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these Terms.

Acceptable use

See Acceptable Use Policy. You may not abuse AI features, scrape the service, attempt to bypass paywalls, or upload unlawful content.

User content & AI output

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to process it to operate the service (including sending prompts to AI providers). AI output may be inaccurate — verify important information.

Our rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, remove abusive content, and modify features with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee fluency outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free AI.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
