Subscriptions (Pro)

If you start a free trial via Stripe, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account settings (when available) or by contacting support@eloqaa.com.

Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime access is a one-time payment. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase may be considered if you have not substantially used Pro features — email support@eloqaa.com.

EU/UK consumers

Where applicable, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services unless you consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of the right. Contact us for withdrawal requests.
